Whose God?

First, there was naught but the silent void, From that void, a spark employed. In chaos, that spark did brightly flare, Birthed the Universe with galactic glare. From stardust and time, mankind arose, With minds to craft and hearts that know. Gods then shaped by mortal hands, In the ever-shifting, unseen sands. Religions drawn from divine threads, Beliefs controlled by what was said. Gods, marred by bloodshed, lost their trace, In the annals of time, they found no place.
